E&S Construction is a privately owned construction company specializing in commercial projects and light industrial projects. We serve the Greater Houston metro area, and have since 1981, with a wide range of project experience in new construction, remodeling, expansions, warehouse, lay down yards and churches.

We offer the ability to provide a complete Design/Build package or work with you and your selected professionals. We believe a large part of our ability to deliver quality, competitive and on time projects is due to our large hourly employee base. We prefer to perform most of our interior projects utilizing our own employees, many of whom have been with us for more than 20 years. We believe this provides us an advantage that most other general contractors do not have.
We self-perform our own millwork and flooring work in-house, giving us cost control advantages and greater ability to finish projects and deliver on schedule.
We are committed to our community and members of the Deer Park Rotary and Chamber of Commerce.
